Chaordic Stepping Stones in Developing Collaboration for a Cultural Event Core Team

This workshop was organized for a volunteer-based cultural festival to enhance their collaboration as a team. The methodology used was Chaordic Stepping Stones, with influences of Deep Democracry and Appreciative Inquiry. Methods included IDOARRT and Storytelling. The workshop was organized without slides or other tech to have cozy and informal atmosphere.

The outcomes of the workshop was a set of principles for the core organizing team.
