This project was a workshop for developing one of Finland’s pioneering health and nutriotional supplements brand Tri Tolonen. It was a workshop with aims of discovering the brand’s future, clarifying mission, creating engagement in the company for working with the brand and understanding the strenghts of the brand.

The workshop process included a creativity exercise, methods for discovering attributes related to the brand and using a tool from Liberating Structures facilitation framework to identify changes in organizational activities that are needed for the brand. Finally, solutions were identified.
